She is the author of the nonfiction two volume set of Vital Records of Bangor Maine published by Picton Press. After raising a large family Michelle had a nearly 20 year career in the newspaper industry before becoming an award winning author. Michelle enjoys living in rural Maine , where she is surrounded by stately pines and wildlife. It is the perfect setting for writing!
